Initial deposit is collected upon booking. Final balance will be due 14 days prior to arrival and is due prior to checking in. Deposit is 100% refundable up to 30 days prior to check-in. Deposit is 50% refundable between 30 and 14 days prior to your arrival. All deposits and final balance payments are non-refundable

under 14 days prior to arrival. 

When booking the entire facility (all 6 units) cancellation policy is 60 days out for

a full refund on initial deposit. Any cancellations inside of 60 days forfeits entire amount for the reservations.
